You got into business because you have a passion for what you do and you want to make a difference and impact people’s lives, your family, and your community.  Your career is how you serve their community and how you feel you are able to give back to the world.

THE BATTLEFIELD ALLIANCE

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Tim is a driven business owner and/or other kind of leader running and/or managing a successful business with a demanding workload and time constraints.  He has created financial success but is also busy with business and home life.  His top priority in life is his family and his hard work and determination to continue being a successful entrepreneur is to provide a great life for their family.  But at times this comes at a cost – sometimes his wife and family don’t feel they are together with him in his journey for security and success. Like many successful men he has a wife, kids and lives in the suburbs, often he is the envy of his peers. This in itself adds struggle, as Tim must keep up to the standards those around him assign to his success.

That said, all of this does afford Tim a great community of friends and family that they all enjoy being around and doing fun things with. And yet at time he feels like he isn’t there enjoying this part of his life as much as he could be

In Tim’s younger days, he was a go-getter and always looked to achieve and push himself to build, grow, and lead.  This has followed him into his business career and has been a huge part of his success.  Although Tim is highly successful and driven to achieve in his business this has at times taken away from his family.

Tim got into business because he has a passion for what he does and wants to make a difference and impact people’s lives, his community, and especially his family.  Tim’s business is how he serves and connects to his community, it’s his way to give back to the world and leave his mark on it.

In growing and building his business Tim has found out that his business and his personal life are blended together.  He’s finding it hard to balance both home and business but really wants to excel at both.  He wants to grow his business, increase his revenue, build effective teams, and create happier and healthier relationships with his employees and clients.

In business Tim struggles currently with time and prioritizing what’s important and what is not, so that his business is in optimal flow.  He would welcome guidance in what systems, solutions, and habits to use and would enjoy connection to a community of other like-minded people to bounce ideas off of and to collect different perspectives, experiences, and tools. Because while his family and friends are most important, they don’t live his day and don’t get what is in his mind each day as seeks to lead as best he can.

The major target for Tim’s personal life is his mental and emotional health, physical fitness and family relationships.  Because he is busy with business life and home life he has slacked on health and fitness but knows that increasing this will allow him to have more energy, be healthier long term, and happier.  Tim struggles with consistency and balance and feels as if he is bouncing back and forth from family to business to business to family.

Personally Tim  would like to say that everything is great at home but he knows that at times business does bleed over into his home life, taking away time from family. At the moment Tim feels the pressure to keep all the balls in the air, but just doesn’t know how to properly balance and prioritize each one and it’s causing struggle at home and at work.

He understands this is a problem and is open to also creating solutions, systems, habits, and tools to help him be happier and more present with their family, all while increasing the efficiency and profit at work.  Tim wants to be part of a team of other business owners who are going through the same business and personal challenges because that environment he knows they are not alone and there are tools to use that will bring him closer to his family without losing any control at work, in fact work will become easier, more fun, and more profitable.

If Tim could wave a magic wand and smack that easy button getting everything he wants from business life and personal life it would be that both home and work flow together seamlessly. His day would be without struggle, stress and feeling like one is always at the sacrificial altar for the other. A life Tim can be present, on point, and highly successful at both.  Knowing that they have the tools, systems, and community to Build, Grow, and Lead their business and their Family to the next level!!

Tina is a driven business owner and/or other kind of leader running and/or managing a successful business with a demanding workload and time constraints.  She has created financial success but is also busy with business and home life along with all the usual head trash and gossip that comes with being a successful woman.  Her top priority in life is her family and her hard work and determination to continue being a successful entrepreneur is to provide a great life for her family.  But at times this comes at a cost – sometimes her husband and family don’t feel they are together with her in this journey for security and success. Like many successful women she has a husband, kids and lives in the suburbs, often she is the envy of her peers. This in itself adds struggle, as Tina must keep up to the standards those around her assign to her success.

That said, all of this does afford Tina a great community of friends and family that they all enjoy being around and doing fun things with. And yet at time she feels like she isn’t there enjoying this part of her life as much as she could be

In Tina’s younger days, she was a go-getter and always looked to achieve and push herself to build, grow, and lead – she had to work harder as a woman back then and at times still does.  This has followed into her business career and has been a huge part of her success.  Although Tina is highly successful and driven to achieve in her business this has at times taken away from her family. It creates a unique dynamic between Tina and her husband, adds chaos in the day balancing her kids schedules and she feels the pressure of what society would say she needs to be doing as a working woman, wife and mother.

Tina got into business because she has a passion for what she does and wants to make a difference and impact people’s lives, her community, and especially her family – she wants it all, and knows she can have it all on her terms despite what they say.  Tina’s business is how she serves and connects to her community, it’s her way to give back to the world, and leave her mark on it.

In growing and building her business Tina has found out that her business and her personal life are blended together.  She’s finding it hard to balance both home and business but really wants to excel at both without losing her identity.  She wants to grow her business, increase her revenue, build effective teams, and create happier and healthier relationships with her employees and clients.

In business Tina struggles currently with time and prioritizing who gets which piece of her from moment to moment throughout the day and week.  She would welcome guidance in what systems, solutions, and habits to use and would enjoy connection to a community of other like-minded people to bounce ideas off of and to collect different perspectives, experiences, and tools. Because while her family and friends are most important, they don’t live her day and don’t get what is in her mind each day as she seeks to lead as best she can.

The major target for Tina’s personal life is her mental and emotional health, physical fitness and family relationships.  Because she is busy with business life and home life she has slacked on health and fitness but knows that increasing this will allow her to have more energy, be healthier long term, and happier – she just needs to find a way to squeeze this in without the guilt of taking herself away from everyone else.  Tina struggles with consistency and balance and feels as if she is bouncing back and forth from family to business to business to family while losing parts of who she is slowly but surely.

Personally Tina would like to say that everything is great at home but she knows that at times business does bleed over into her home life, taking away time from family. At the moment Tina feels the pressure to keep all the balls in the air, but just doesn’t know how to properly balance and prioritize each one and it’s causing struggle at home and at work.

If Tina could wave a magic wand and smack that easy button getting everything she wants from business life and personal life it would be that both home and work flow together seamlessly. Her day would be without struggle, stress and feeling like one is always at the sacrificial altar for the other. A life where Tina can be present, on point, and highly successful at both.  Knowing that she has the tools, systems, and community to Build, Grow, and Lead their business and her Family to the next level!!
